Honey, it’s what’s for dinner! TKS welcomes Deb Geiser, experienced culinary Chef and food enthusiast, to the Demonstration Kitchen to teach how to create both sweet and savory Infused Honey! Deb is a skilled chef & instructor who enjoys exploring new and tasty recipes but her talents don’t end there. Her love of farming & beekeeping also play a big part in her discovery of using fresh, local ingredients as much as possible while creating delicious, yet simple recipes you can easily accomplish in the comfort of your own home!
In this class, Deb will not only demonstrate how you can make Infused Honey at home, but she will also show how to use the new ingredient in various recipes. Discover the countless ways to use this natural sweetener in your kitchen and add unexpected flavors to dinnertime that your friends and family will love. Whether your into local & fresh ingredients or you’re looking to try a new technique at home, you won’t want to miss this class!!
This class is being held on Saturday, March 30th from 10:00am to 11:30am. This class is a demonstration & tasting style class where each student will get to take the recipes home with them. The price of the class is $22 plus tax per person and the menu being planned is:
